Privacy Governance

The integration of artificial intelligence into clinical diagnostics demands an uncompromising approach to data sovereignty. This document outlines our protocols for handling professional contact information and the separation of client diagnostic data at MediSphere AI.

01 Personal Identification & Professional Data

As an educational and consulting portal, MediSphere AI collects professional identification data solely for the purpose of facilitating clinical integration audits and research access. This includes:

  • Contact Details: Full name, professional email address, and institutional affiliation (e.g., hospital name, research lab).
  • Technical Context: Information regarding your facility's current LIS/RIS software versions to assess AI compatibility.
  • Inquiry Logs: Details of consulting requests to maintain a history of integration recommendations.

We do not collect patient health information (PHI) through our public web portal. All clinical data processed during specific consulting engagements remains subject to strict HIPAA-compliant Business Associate Agreements (BAA).

Third-Party Analytics & Security

To improve the diagnostic accuracy of our educational resources, we utilize analytical tools that track user interaction patterns. This data is de-identified and used to optimize our Research Library's performance.

We partner with established security providers to monitor for unauthorized access attempts. Our servers implement encrypted transport layers (TLS 1.3) to ensure that your business communication remains confidential.

03 Data Siloing & Institutional Boundaries

MediSphere AI operates under a "Silo-First" architecture. Unlike generic AI platforms that use aggregate user data to train global models, our consulting integrations ensure that your facility's operational data is never co-mingled with other institutions.

Our Human-Centric Verification methodology prevents automated data harvesting. Every recommendation provided by our AI tools must be validated by a clinician, ensuring a supervised data loop that respects professional diagnostic boundaries.
